In accordance with consumer rights, you have 14 days to withdraw without having to provide any reason or incur any penalties, with the exception of return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original state with all packaging and accessories intact. The return must be initiated and completed within 30 days of receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 30 days.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please send us an email at customer@tolix.com.
