A56+ Armchair

Created in 1956 by Jean Pauchard, the A56 Armchair has become one of the great classics of 20th-century furniture. It was designed to meet the demands of terraces and cafes. The A56 Armchair is stackable. In the 1950s, 25 stacked units did not exceed 2.3 meters. It is available in a steel version, either in its classic form or raised by 5cm (A56+) for versatile use. It incorporates the same fundamentals as its predecessor, the Chair A. Every stage of its production relies on the craftsmanship of TOLIX's workshops: stamping, bending, brazing, and polishing.
