Patio Slatted Stool
700USD
[01]Description
Taking up the distinctive codes of the Patio outdoor collection imagined by Pauline Deltour and completed in 2024, this stool appears delicate and refined. Each pair of legs, made of a single thin tube, follows a curve that accentuates its desirability. The seat, composed of perforated slats pre-cut with laser, seems to be suspended. The use of stainless steel for this product provides it with unparalleled longevity and, through a folding mechanism under the seat, resistance while being lightweight due to the composition of this alloy. Paired with the patio bench that adopts the same construction, it aligns perfectly and allows for extending the length of the bench or simply accommodating the last-minute guest at the table.

[05]Designer
Pauline Deltour was born in 1983 in Landerneau, France. After studying object design at the Arts Décoratifs in Paris, she honed her skills working with the German designer Konstantin Grcic before establishing her own studio in Paris in 2010.
Her immediate allure captivates clients in France and internationally, leading to a diverse range of projects, from individual objects to interior architecture.
In its 10 years of existence, her studio has collaborated with 40 clients, creating around fifty collections and producing 180 objects.
Pauline Deltour is often cited among the major figures in contemporary French design. Her untimely death in September 2021 has sparked numerous reactions, describing her as a 'shooting star of design.'
Since then, her studio continues to breathe life into certain projects, celebrating her talent, and perpetuating her legacy, as seen here, with the extension of the Patio collection, which deserved to be brought back into the spotlight.

- 06.1Clean your steel furniture with a slightly damp sponge and immediately dry it. Prefer warm water with a little Marseille soap or neutral pH dishwashing liquid over alcohol-based solutions. Rinse and dry immediately.
- 06.2Do not use any detergent (such as bleach or solvent) or abrasive/metallic sponge which could deeply damage the coating.
- 06.3For bird droppings or similar dirt, we recommend immediate cleaning to prevent corrosion and permanent staining.
- 06.4Ensure to thoroughly wipe and dry your furniture to avoid any possibility of rust development in the future.
